For reasons of the easier legibility and to improve readability the male or female form was chosen in the text or job titles, the information refers nevertheless to members of both genders. Job descriptions might ask for female or male only - certainly of cultural reasons or sharing of cabin/accommodation


  • Please read these Terms before using the Site or the Services. By using the Site or the Services, you hereby represent, warrant, understand, agree to and accept these Terms in their entirety whether you register as a user of the Site or Services (“Registered Users”).
  • These Terms include and all other policies, rules and terms and conditions as set forth in Service materials from time to time, either in print or on our Site (collectively, the “Policies”), all of which are incorporated herein. If you object to anything in these Terms, the Privacy Policy or the other Policies, do not use the Site or the Services.


Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Exclusive Job Portal and the consumers, using the Internet service of Exclusive Job Portal as registered users or companies (hereinafter referred to as but not limited “hotels, agencies & concierges “).

The “members” differ in those who are searching for a service (in the following “service-seekers”) and the ones who offer a service or position (in the following “service-providers”).


1 - Conclusion of contract

1.1 The active access to using the services requires a registration which is free of charge for service-seekers and the service-providers are required to pay a monthly fee.

1.2 With the registration, the member acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions and a contractual relationship with Exclusive Job Portal and the registered member will be established.

1.3 Furthermore the members & companies agree with the legal conditions of Exclusive Job Portal.


2 - Scope of service

2.1 After the free registration for service-seekers and the registration of service-providers on the website, the service-seekers and the service-providers can create a profile, look at other profiles and search for a jobs or service-providers and agencies.

2.2 After registering, the service-seekers and the service-providers have the option to contact agencies free of charge by using a contact form. The service-seekers and the service-providers can contact other members free of charge if one of the parties paid for the premium membership.

2.3 On the part of the service-seekers, a chargeable premium membership is required to establish a contact (hereinafter referred to as “premium member”). This allows the unlimited contact through a contact form (see conditions). The service-seekers and the service-providers must identify themselves as individuals or legal entities, i.e. companies. Service-seeking companies are obliged to create an account as an agency and to publish an advertisement, which refers to a specific job vacancy. The opened account as an agency contains unlimited sub accounts for the same company and allow to offer unlimited job vacancies. Non-compliance to these terms will lead to immediate cancellation of every account that is bound to the offending company, and thus from all Exclusive Job Portal-services. Furthermore, Exclusive Job Portal reserves the right to pursue legal action against the offending company.

2.4 Exclusive Job Portal may not be used for any of the following purposes (8 Prohibited Uses)

  1. To contact users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
  2. To contact users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
  3. To post any illegal content.

2.5 We do reserve the right to edit or delete any information submitted by a user to the website as we deem necessary.

2.6 Exclusive Job Portal will pre-screen service-seekers to prevent spam, scam or illegal vendors. However Exclusive Job Portal cannot guarantee the content and the reliability of the data. Registered Users are solely responsible for interviewing, performing background and reference checks on, verifying information provided by, and selecting a appropriate service-seekers or service-providers for themselves or their family. 

2.7 Exclusive Job Portal issues no guarantee that the persons contacted will reply within any given time, or even reply at all.

2.8 Personal data provided by the user may be used by us to notify the user of any news and/or promotional offers. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.

3 Termination, Deactivation

3.1 A deactivation of the profile is possible at any time with no reason. After deactivation, the profile is no longer visible for other members.

3.2 The paid premium membership will “not” be automatically renewed and therefore requires no cancellation. After your Premium-membership, the subscription will be downgraded to a Base-membership at no further cost at all.

3.3 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


4 Liability

4.1 Exclusive Job Portal will not become a contractual partner nor arbitrator should a collaboration be formed or result between service-seekers, service-providers and agencies. Service-seekers and service-providers both relinquish and waive any and all claims and demands towards Exclusive Job Portal in particular, Exclusive Job Portal accepts no responsibility for damages or disputes arising from contacts between service-seekers, service-providers and agencies

4.2 Exclusive Job Portal accepts absolutely no responsibility to guarantee the quality of services provided and revokes any claim for compensation resulting there from, and from contracts entered into between service-seekers, service-providers and agencies. Where and when applicable, the service-providers are responsible to procure legal residence-permits and work-permits. Service-seekers have to insure the service-providers in compliance with the law, respectively to point out that an insurance might be necessary.

4.3 Exclusive Job Portal has taken every care to ensure that at the time of the online-publishing, all contents on their platforms are correct. However Exclusive Job Portal cannot guarantee the completeness, the quality of the content and the reliability of the data.

4.4 Exclusive Job Portal will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.


5 - Duties of the member

5.1 All members (Inc. butler schools, agencies, training centres) commit to giving correct details. Exclusive Job Portal does not accept any responsibilities whatsoever with respect to information received from members, and therefore does not accept liability therefrom nor any form of liability resulting from consequences in connection with information received. Furthermore, Exclusive Job Portal has the right to irreversibly delete and/or to block profiles and emails without any notice, should such information be deemed false, suspect or inappropriate. Fees that have been paid are not refunded.


6 - Age Restrictions

6.1 Except with respect to Teen Providers (as described in Section 3.3), Exclusive Job Portal is intended for people 18 or over and service-seekers and service-providers should monitor children's use of the Internet and deny access to the Site to anyone under the age of 18.


Exclusive Job Portal will not knowingly collect any information from individuals under 18. You must identify your age during the registration process, and we do not assume any responsibility for any misrepresentations regarding your age when using this Site. Should we determine that you do not meet the age requirements for using our Site or Services, your registration will be terminated immediately.


7 - Billing and Payment

7.1 If you sign up for an Exclusive Job Portal paid membership subscription, you agree to pay Exclusive Job Portal all subscription charges associated with the plan you subscribe to as described on the Site at the time you subscribe and provide your payment information. You also authorize Exclusive Job Portal to charge your chosen payment provider to the terms of the plan to which you subscribe. The subscription period and the amount and frequency of the charges will vary depending on the subscription plan you select. Exclusive Job Portal reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

To the extent you elect to purchase other Services or product offerings we may offer for a fee, you authorize Exclusive Job Portal to charge your chosen payment provider for the Services and/or products you purchase. You agree that if Exclusive Job Portal already has your credit card on file as a result of prior purchases you have made, we may charge that credit card for the additional Services/products you purchase.

7.2  Exclusive Job Portal does not provide refunds. You can downgrade your account at any time which will prevent it from auto-renewing (remember, you purchased a subscription) and you'll continue to have the benefits of a premium account until the end of your current term (either one month or one year, depending on what you selected at the time of purchase).


8 - Prohibited Uses

By using the Site or Services of Exclusive Job Portal, you agree that you will not under any circumstances:

  • use the Site, Services, or any information contained therein in any way that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libellous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable and offensive;
  • use the Site or Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, for any purpose not expressly intended by Exclusive Job Portal or for the promotion of illegal activities;
  • attempt to, or harass, abuse or harm another person or group;
  • use another user's Exclusive Job Portal account;
  • provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account on Exclusive Job Portal, using the Services or communicating with other Registered Users;
  • attempt to re-register with Exclusive Job Portal if we have terminated your account for any or no reason or terminate your registration and re-register in order to prevent a review from being associated with your account;
  • interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Exclusive Job Portal Services;
  • make any automated use of the system, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure;
  • bypass any robot exclusion headers or other measures we take to restrict access to the Service or use any software, technology, or device to scrape, spider, or crawl the Service or harvest or manipulate data;
  • use the communication systems provided by or contacts made on Exclusive Job Portal for any commercial solicitation purposes;
  • publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user's browser or computer.

In order to protect our users from prohibited activity, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to restricting the amount of phone numbers a service-seekers may view or the amount of emails a user may send in any 24-hour period to an amount which we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

Should Exclusive Job Portal find that you violated the terms of this Section or any terms stated herein, Exclusive Job Portal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your use of the Site and Services.

Further, in order to protect the integrity of the Site and the Services, Exclusive Job Portal reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to block users from certain IP addresses from accessing the Site.

9. Links To other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Exclusive Job Portal. Exclusive Job Portal has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Exclusive Job Portal shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
